Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final.

Damages and Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hilnas02013@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As all sales are final, we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or defect. This includes, but is not limited to, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer law. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items. Once we've received and inspected your claim, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hilnas02013@gmail.com.
