1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
Hilnas currently ships to all locations within India.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
6. Packaging
All Hilnas pieces are carefully packed in our signature jewellery boxes/pouches to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. We take extra care with delicate or layered pieces.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Hilnas is not responsible for delays caused by:

8. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at hilnasjewels@gmail.com with:

We will investigate promptly and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Please note: Hilnas jewellery pieces are imitation/fashion jewellery. While we pack with care, we recommend inspecting your parcel before accepting delivery.
9. Undelivered / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
